We pulled the trigger on our 2nd Tesla and the Aurora, CO location was selected for delivery. I agree with other's observations that there is no spare parking, but there is a very simple reason reason:
They are delivering over 100 cars a day right now. The CSR that we worked with said that our Wednesday afternoon appointment was typical and they weren't very busy. On a busy day they deliver over 250 cars.
We did have to wait for a few other customers who were waiting in line, but as soon as we were at the front, the process was super smooth and fast. The CSR escorted us to the car to walk us around and answer any questions. We did not feel rushed and took our time to carefully look over the vehicle for any paint defects, problems with the interior, and accessories that should be included.
Our car was 100% prepped, washed, polished, and ready to go. Charged to 80% (the standard) and all of the accessories in place where they should be.
The process with Tesla is so simple compared to the hours you will wait for delivery and paperwork at a dealership for any other brand. A few signatures and taps on the Tesla app and we were on the way home. We were in and out in less than 30 minutes and couldn't be happier with the delivery process at the Aurora, CO Service Center.
