For me, this is easily the best Costco in Metro Detroit area. Gas is always priced cheaper than other gas stations, Food court has the food choices for all ages and their pricing cannot be matched. Except for a long line during weekends, this place is very good for shopping grocery, dairy products and baby diapers/formula,photo printing, pharmacy, printer cartridge refills and bakery items ! I love the options they have the Asian Americans by having Paneer, basmati rice, Naan, ghee, basmati rice and other Indian (Sub-Continent) food for sale !

Love this place! The downside is I always spend to much. Gas is cheaper than most places. The meat is phenomenal. Awesome wine selection. Wish they sold more automotive products and more produce.

The door people have sticks in places the sun dont shine, and your service desk is unreasonably slow. Perhaps having more than one person working a register would take care of that problem or maybe take one of the two people harrasing customers at your front door and have them actually be productive .

David H. in the tire department was such a great help!!! He helped us place our tire order and when they arrived he then helped to set the installation appointment. Which took place quickly. Love my new wheels!!!!

Protip –show up 30 minutes before closing and do your shopping. There are usually fewer people in the store and bonus, there's a very short line of the gas pump

I had the worst experience today. I bought something from Costco. But when I checked the receipt at home, I found that more than 100 dollars were paid. I was angry, but I went back and asked for a refund. But the store manager didn't say a word of apology and other employees were dissatisfied and rude to the customer response. It took me about 30 minutes to get a refund. I am very angry The cashier also did not do the calculation well and the checkpoint did not confirm it. It's a waste of my time and the oil used to drive.

Friday about 4:30 p.m. parking lot, very crowded. Interior of the store, pretty crowded, as well. Sam's is usually about the same. BJ's, usually not quite as bad.
But, at Costco, I caught a seam in the defense and was able to walk right up to the service desk. The desk clerk was very nice. I saw a line building back up behind me.
Also went to the hearing aid counter. I was the only one there. That was nice.

Unfortunately, the main reason I had to go there at all is that you can't get ahold of anyone on the telephone

Generally, Costco seemed okay.

Membership at all these places these days is a wee bit expensive.

You have to know that it will be crowded, but it has some of my needed supplies, and I don't mind a free sample or two. :)

I have used this location since it opened years ago. Parking lot is always packed but when you get in line at check-out it always seems to go pretty fast. I started using the gas station here and find it best to go there in the morning hours as it backs up a bit as the day goes on.
