- Prices have increased by 2-3 dollars on food and produce. Being on a fixed low income is making it harder to shop for anything. Employees and owners have always been respectful towards me.
- Convenience is the only saving grace. Have gotten freezer burnt food from the frozen section a number of times. Selection is lousy. The older woman cashier once walked in front of me while I was waiting at the express counter, and set her container of stuffed grape leaves on the counter and started eating them… entirely ignoring the fact that I had my hands full with groceries I would like to set down, and also preventing me from checking out. She did not move and I had to awkwardly place my items on the counter around her. If you want to pay high prices for bad quality, and poor customer service shop at this neighborhood gem.
- It's a great place to stop by and pick up certain sale items.
