Black female and a black male working in the laptop section 08/01 rudely talk about their customers. I believe she gave me misinformation on purpose which had me standing in the store for an extra hour for no reason. After I bought my laptop she said I could go to the geek squad to have all my information transferred from my old laptop and all I needed was my phone number. That was incorrect I later found out after waiting for my appointment 40 min later. It’s unfortunate that people can’t feel comfortable as they shop. People must fill themselves with hate and spread and embarrass people while representing a well-known company. I don’t go to Best Buy often but I surely won’t be going back to this store.

This stor is a joke..Manger was very rude and refused to take the item back.. so I ended up having to do it by mail!!

Terrible staff service , all walked around trying to avoid eye contact , headphone counter not working ,asked staff about it just shrugged shoulders . Best buy stores are all the same , staff don’t care . I wanted to buy a set of Bose headfones , but I left as the staff were NO help . I should have know better really .

They are doing the best they can with such a shortage of floor staff personnel. The gentleman that assisted me with my freezer choice was excellent, polite, helpful, & knowledgeable too about the items I spoke of.
