- The salesman was very knowledgeable of the product I was purchasing. He even loaded the doors on the cart. Check out was a breeze. As I waited for my ride to drive up to door a young man introduced himself and proceeded to load the doors on the pick up for us. Wonderful experience. I will shop again at Home Depot.
- So, I did a curbside pickup. Baby. Dog. I was literally across the street. I miscalculated and needed 2 more of these. One, like the new ones I have. The other is an old one that has been sitting around looking like the ones I am replacing from 6 months ago. This was just rude. I am returning my entire order and going to Lowe's. Yes, they have others. I just looked.
- Building a split rail fence. Their lumber is 10x nicer than Lowes. Reason for the 3 star is the employees. Pro Desk sent me to the mill works section who tried to send me back to the Pro Desk. Apparently the Pro Desk is a popular place for the other employees to hangout and chit chat while they aren't performing their regular duties. Ended up buying $3k worth of materials online because the employees in-store were not knowledgeable and didn't trust them to know what I needed.
- There's never enough employees on the floor to assist multiple customers at once. Had to wait an hour and a half for some help, jeez.
- My experience in store was not so pleasant. I was looking for a particular item, and they were out on the customer shelf. Now, I saw the item on an upper shelf but could not get to it. I had to ask for help "three" times before I got help. That, to me, was not cool.
- I am so upset ..my wife work there.. not because is my wife but she is a good person always trying to help people always in good mood... she help some costumers to get credicars from them...and this company let her go just because polices from the company... me and all my family we stop to goin buy at that store because is not nice to do that to a employer...she always trying to learn more so she can get better pay is sad how a company just let you go because you have a family member working there too
- I own my own lawn care business. This is where I get all my echo lawn equipment and pretty much all My lawn care supplies I usually call ahead and it's ready when I get there
