There are occasions when items listed as in-stock online do not reflect the actual inventory in the store, leading to some inconvenience. Most of the time I go to Best Buy, they don't have in stock what I'm looking for. They seem to be sold out most of the time. The store does not give off a warm feeling to the customer while inside.

Staff are very professional. I ordered a computer online and picked it up in the store. It took maybe 10 minutes and I used the store's dolly to move my computer. Staff was very professional and I was here for maybe 10 minutes in total. It was fine enough.

I highly recommend Best Buy Geek Squad! We recently had them mount our TV and Sound bar and they were awesome to work with! They took great care in what they did and then took the time to explain everything -- super knowledgeable!

It's always a good visit at a Best Buy, we are thinking about updating our phones and we usually go for the ones that are unlocked so we usually go here or to a phone doctor. Friendly staff that greet you and ask if you need help.

I drove here from Enderlin to buy a Samsung Galaxy watch. It was the closest Best Buy to where I am working. It took about 45 minutes to get to in the evening rush hour. 3 star rating for 2 reasons. There were only 2 Samsung watches available for purchase out of the 6 models, and both were over $399. 2nd reason is I waited at the register for the watch for over 10 minutes. It was a transaction where you take the card/ticket that represents the item you want up to the register, and then they retrieve it from somewhere in the store. The cashier was very nice and patient while we waited for the watch to arrive. Nice store, nice employees.

I have a computer torn apart on my workbench. Everything I need is cheaper online, but Best Buy website shows in stock, which means I can be done today rather than waiting two plus days. Get to the store, associate is very helpful, although not very knowledgeable. However, most of what shows as in stock, isn't. Associate offers to get it shipped in, taking two to six days - I can get that online. I was willing to pay a premium for today.

Best Buy, I applaud your staff. However, this is the second time I've been burned by your inventory being different from your website claims. You've got one more chance, then I just won't bother any more.

Was frustrated needed a 1tb sd. Was willing to overpay by $80 to get it now. Website said they had it in stock in store. It was out of stock and no employee knew anything it seemed like. They did encourage me to go ahead and order it online, since it said in stock and it would be available for pick up the next morning. Well I ordered and its not available anymore apparently for pick up. Since I already paid 169.99 for a 104 dollar sd card I choose the ship to me option rather than cancel. I will never use Best Buy for anything ever again. Edit- My online order now says this "We're working on shipping this item. It's unlikely, but if your item isn't available by Thu, November 9, we'll issue a refund." And they will not cancel it. STAY AWAY FROM BEST BUY
