- If this review was about the car, people at the rental counter then it’s a two star deal. The car was damaged and not really cleaned out. It wasn’t what I reserved and the girl quipped I used Costco and they didn’t have any thing else.We found stuff from previous renters. BUMMER
This review is 5 stars for Harry, a shuttle driver. I left the car keys in my bag and discovered them at TSA. I went out and down the driveway found Harry, a shuttle bus driver who took me to the budget counter and back to the gate quickly. He was kind and respectful, ready to help. Budget give this man recognition for his outstanding customer service/support.
- After a delayed flight from Fort Lauderdale to Philadelphia airport, we were exited to be done with air travel and ready to jump on wheels and do some driving to jersey shore from Philly. The shuttle for budget way to small and the driver had to stop to tell us to get Avis bus because it was bigger and goes to the same area. We got to Avis and had to pull our luggage’s a little bit to make our way to budget. We go in, a line of 7-8 people and two budget agents assisting. Waited about 10-15 min and we got the car. They must have more staff and ready to keep the line going. The car we requested on reservations was an suv but we ended up with a new Nissan versa which did the job okay.
