Walk in employees gathered at the front of the store no one trying to help no acknowledgment.. Walked straight to the back to check in. Once I got my tech things went pretty smoothly and got some great info. But the initial reception upon entrance is definitely lacking.

I wouldn't go here. I went to get my iPad replaced and they said they didn't have anything available. They said they would email me and it has been 5 weeks. I called to get an update and they lied saying they emailed me. Thing is, I never delete any emails and I check them daily. I even checked my spam and junk boxes and there was nothing. No accountability or apology for making me waste my time. I wouldn't go here

Walked in and wasn’t welcomed which is fine, but with 5 employees standing around not doing nothing, none of them tried to help me. I had to reach out and ask some white guy with blonde hair if they had a certain phone. He tried to walk away and ignore me, but without even looking at me told me they were sold out and I left. Very unprofessional.

Niambi provided exemplary service to help with a broken iPhone. she has amazing problem solving skills and was a joy to work with. the Apple team members at this location were attentive, wonderful, and fun to be around!

Usually I have a good experience with the workers. However, the older man with the 2 earrings in a band made me and my boyfriend feel SO uncomfortable. Sad experience and we walked away feeling just very weird about it.
