The original Whole Foods Market opened in 1980 with a staff of only 19 people. It was an immediate success. At the time, there were less than half a dozen natural food supermarkets in the United States. We have grown by leaps and bounds since our first store opened.

It has lots of great food options and prices are not bad, definitely would recommend it if you have a group of people who all want different food options!

This place is so hard to navigate through. The aisles are so narrow and the layout of the store puts you in constant risk of hitting other customers or some dumb display case trying to get you to impulse buy. I’m not joking when i say this place gave me a panic attack. Also 50% of the cashiers will not help you bag at all. Clearly there are a lot of knowledgeable employees working really hard but again the layout makes it so unpleasant to be there.

Notre enseigne de prédilection quand nous venons aux États-Unis et par chance il y en a un pas loin de notre logement à Philadelphie.
Ils vendent des produits de qualité et j’adore leurs bars à soupes, plats cuisinés…. que l’on peut même consommer sur place si on le souhaite.
Je recommande !

I really love this store, except they never have the food bars ready. It’s 11 am and what little was available for breakfast is done, yet there’s no hot food out, and only half the salad bar is out, so I can’t make a complete Caesar. When it is out, it’s really good stuff. Why not have it ready when the store opens??

It’s a Whole Foods…same as any other Whole Foods. Wish they carried Philadelphia cream cheese instead of 8 different kinds of fancy cream cheeses.

I’m a nomad that has eaten at Whole Foods in most every major city in the us. Like literally 50 different locations. This is hands down the worst hot food bar of any I have ever been. It’s 3/4 empty and what is there is greasy and old. Avoid!

I went in to use the Amazon Return Service and I was In and out so fast with a refund I had to ask the service representative was there anything else I'm supposed to do...quick fast and in a hurry
