I just purchased a new Pixel phone from BB and arranged for a trade-in. I asked customer service as well as in a chat session if I would be able to bring my old phone to a store. Each time I was told that this is certainly possible and I could either claim a store credit or a refund to my original form of payment. I was interested in the refund. Sadly, customer service would not honor this despite showing a written confirmation of this statement. They blamed the support line claiming they always give out misinformation. Who are you to trust. This is not good service.

Friendly and helpful staff, I found just what I needed, when I needed it. Items were in stock, and even checked out their ebike and scooter line! A must have, if you're escaping high gas prices and seeking alternatives.

I bought a $230 LG microwave from here and the popcorn button stopped working. It makes the microwave randomly shut off. I have the receipt and they won't take it back after 14 days even for store credit or an even exchange and instead referred me back to the manufacturer to deal with their warranty process. For a big box retailer, that's pretty ridiculous. Will be buying all electronics from Costco or Target from now on, much more customer centric companies.
