Montel Hill provided the ultimate level of customer service. I’m am extremely happy of his professionalism and friendly service. He took care of my battery issue and went above & beyond. Montel answered all of my questions and was very patient with me. The best roadside assistance I’ve ever had. Happy my 2017 Toyota Tundra is up and running again!

A gentleman named Kevin (military vet) came out to save me from a dead battery as a part of AAA service. He was exceptionally courteous, allowed me to watch out of curiosity, and explained everything he was doing along the way. He clearly loves teaching. Could not have asked for better service! Pretty great service ! It was a last minute service. i just so happened to have a shift in the phoenix area, so after work, i decided to visit my nana. Found out that my nanas car battery needed to be replaced and she didn’t have anyone to grab it. i know nothing about batteries or how to replace one, so i put my AAA membership to use and had them come out. this company came out and they did really good ! It was around 7pm but that did not stop the tech from having the best attitude ever. The tech’s name was Pablo! Not only was he cute, but he actually was super nice and helpful with the entire process. he explained why the battery probably died and he broke down the cost too! And he actually held a conversation, considering the fact that it was not only dark outside but kind of hot. 10/10 tech and 10/10 service ! Thank you!
