- Truly the best dentist experience I've had. Dr. Jose Alfonso shows a complete concern over the patient's well-being and comfort at all times, being mindful to adjust and check in often to make sure you feel comfortable throughout the entire procedure. There's no rush ever but they're always punctual and timely. He also knows how to do painless injection technique so if what's holding you back from getting your needed dental work is fear of that injection (like it was for me) you have nothing to worry about as you're in good hands. From someone who is usually jumpy, edgy and sweaty sitting in the dentist chair, I felt so relaxed at times I almost fell asleep. The vibe is calm and chill, and everyone knows what they're doing. LeAnne at the front is so knowledgeable and super helpful every single time. She'll check your insurance as many times as needed, she's got you. You really feel confident walking in and happy walking out.
- The front desk manager Leeann was extremely helpful and friendly. the doctor and dental hygienist were also so nice and made me feel very comfortable even though I had a little bit of anxiety coming in as I haven’t been to a dentist in a while. They explained everything clearly and made sure I was knowledgeable about what I was getting done and how much things would cost prior to me paying. I have set up a return visit as I was pleased with the services today :)
