- Good store. Great workers. But the people hanging out outside made me feel uncomfortable.

- Nate J is the man!!! Had to buy a battery and windshield wipers. Online it was telling me the wrong sizes and Nate helped me find the right parts. He even helped me install both of them!! Awesome customer service with a smile
- Worst part store. Too busy to care about customer. I waited for 20 minutes while the commercial account guys fiddling around I asked for help from manager and he grabbed paper from my hand walked away. 20 minutes later still notMN one person had spoken with me . I walked om.ut went to part store next door. In 2 minutes got my part
- Bad customer service. Refused to replace car battery after purchase. It is in their policy to do so after purchase. I’d look elsewhere.
- I had to get my car battery replaced and the staff was super helpful and friendly. Dex helped install the battery and I couldn't have asked for better service!
