Someone give Joe a raise!!!! He was top of the line best customer service I have personally ever had!! If you need expertise on any products or recommendations for what suits you personally, Joe is the guy. If your the manager reading this - just know you have a solid player on your team! Greatly appreciate the knowledge and will be coming back for a MacBook Air

Such an awesome team at Apple Royal Hawaiian. Some awesome people-watching, too — local folks and folks from all over the world visiting ‪Waikīkī‬ that forgot their iPhone charger, lost their iPhone in the Pacific, or that just want to learn how to use their iMac better all stop by for help, and no matter what, you'll see the team here being incredible to every one of them. (And while I wish this Apple Store got the Union Square treatment with a lot more space and King Kong doors, it did get some awesome elements of its own with the volcanic rock, unique to the Royal Hawaiian.)

Staff had Attitude as soon as I walked and not friendly at all. Also do not carry iPhone camera protector covers. Sent me to the international street market to find parts.

I've been having difficulty with my online order. My order was paid for and I was told it would be delivered, but then I was told there was some Apple Pay glitch so, despite having the money withdrawn from my account, I cannot get my product.

However, when I called Apple Royal Hawaiian (where my order should eventually come from), I spoke to Blossom over the phone who was truly amazing. She did everything she could to help get me my iPad tonight and even offered to hold the iPad to make sure I could get it.

While this has not been the most seamless buying process, I wanted to give a huge shout out to the Apple Royal Hawaiian team for being extremely courteous and helping as much as they can and to Blossom for brainstorming various ideas on how I can resolve this issue.

I am looking forward to getting my iPad and would love to update this review with photos when I have it! Customer Service is key and Apple's is truly unparalleled!

Thanks to you guys, I won't have to go to work on a Saturday, and have to worry about picking up my new phone while losing billing hours. Great experience, friendly and wholesome people. Will be coming back for a MAC that I've been meaning to get for a while now!

It took almost three hours to get a new ipad with a trade in. I never experienced such unskilled staff in an Apple store. First they tried to update a software on a brand new ipad. They worked on it for more than an hour. They agreed to replace the device as the new one was obviously bugged or something and that took another hour. Then it took me 20 min to explain that i can restore data from icloud at the hotel but that i have to transfer data from the old ipad while still at the store. And the transfer took as ling as it took. Six different people worked on this which should be straigh forward. And not a single word of apology or anything similar, other than, it’s an issue and we r working on it.
