First time new mattress buyer, first time in a Matress Firm Store. Sam was very easy to talk to and very knowledgable, helped make our first experience a great one. Sam helped us figure out what we wanted and found a great mattress within our budget. happy with our experience.

Sam was very professional and knows his beds. He was patient with us on showing the different type of bed they offer. Made us test it out. Sam the man! What a great experience buying a mattress. Talk about an informative but easy going sales rep that wasn't pushy but made sure we purchased the right bed for our ailments.
