- Not bad if you live by the area and need any pet supplies. The employees are nice and helpful. Only downside,there is a lot of homeless in the area. I mean a whole community of them. So be careful at night.
- Iwilei Store. Staff was very helpful over phone. Item was still available when I arrived about 4 hours later. Lots of homeless people in da area but, they have not bothered me when I was there. I try to go in afternoon, b4 it gets dark.
- Teneshia, the trainer at Petsmart, is amazing! She helped my puppy, Chance, so much. We were able to learn many skills, and I was able to build a better bond with my puppy. There is much to learn through the program about how to properly train your dog and how to care for them. I highly recommend going through the training program.
- Wide variety of products. Usually only one cashier working so the wait to check out is always long.
- Exemplary service, attention & care given by Kimberly in grooming our pets. Kudos to the personne
- Love pet smart. However, there are so many homeless people at this location that I would rather just order online than visit this location.
- The betta cups were filthy and there were 2 DEAD ones rotting in their cup. I purchased one of the livelier ones just to save him from dying in a disgusting smelly goo. It's a shame what those poor fish go through.
