- I went to the store today and I was served very professionally by a girl who had just started working there a month ago, her name was Nancy, and she was very dedicated to her work.

- The manager shouldn't be giving feedback to their staff about missing displays while they are speaking to a customer... You can give them that feedback later... Eli was very kind and helped me out a lot. Thank you Eli!

- I don't really like the Mall, but this store and the staff make the trip to the Mall well worth it. Outstanding service.

Made a simple call for an online order to check weather or not it was ready. Was an unpleasant interaction. Should give a 1 star review but maybe she was having a rough day?

Went to pick up a buy online pick up in store order and it wasn't ready after a day and a half. The item was in stock on the sales floor but the employee and manager refused to complete the order for me to pick up after traveling to the store. I ordered on Friday and we got a notification that the order was ready Sunday after the store close. The item is expensive and online was offering a discount so I'm sure they were trying to sell it over the weekend full price rather than completing my order. Why offer pick up in store if your going to be shady about your sales.
