always a line. Slow customer service reps who walk around like they don't care! TIRED of the "mechanics" who bombard us at any unnanounced moment and imposing at that, to ask if they can be of service! Outside is a safety issue. They double park and block the roads. HATE IT HERE!

I had an excellent experience at the 3312 Boston Rd. AutoZone. The representative was extremely quick, attentive, got what I needed immediately, & took care of me right away. I wasn't in the store more than 3-4 minutes. Her name is Maria, she was working the morning shift of 8/9/23, & she is to be commended, & valued as part of your staff!!!

Went here for a new car battery. Employee looks up my vehicle with vin and account # and gives me a battery that is recommended for my vehicle.

FYI…My car battery is completely dead to the point I have to leave my car running while in store.

I bring the new purchased battery to mechanic for installation. To later find out that it is the wrong battery. However I still install the battery due to my car being stranded on the road now. I then bring the battery back to the closest Autozone (Baychester Ave) with mechanic; to pull the battery out in front of the Autozone in hopes of exchanging it for the correct battery.

This autozone looks me up using the same info the previous autozone used, however, I was told that this location cannot return the battery due to it being purchased at Gunhill location.

At this point, I need a battery in my vehicle to drive to the Gunhill location. Therefore, I am obligated to put in a battery. I then have no choice but to purchase the correct battery to save money on labor for a third time.

At this point, I have now purchased two batteries and paid labor for two installations due to the incompetence of the staff at the Gunhill autozone location.

I come to the Gunhill location; to return the incorrect battery that was sold to me to only be told that there is nothing they can do about it due to it now being considered a used battery.

This is absolutely wrong! And I was robbed by these people! Taking ppl hard earn money because they want to rush you and have the nastiest attitude while you’re just trying to receive help or purchasing a product.

Autozone will never get another dollar from me or my family!

Last time I when cos I need a part and they don't have it very disappointed the have to have a little over stock of parts

Maria, C she was very helpful very nice very polite. Took her time with me and everything. I appreciate she’s one of the best employees that I have.

This location is always on point in an out like 10 to 5mins tops

I recommend this store hands down to everyone Maria’s customer service skills is superior top notch she makes you feel like family and goes the extra mile for her customers Especially the Spanish community as she is bilingual my mom went to this establishment the other day and she asked that I leave this review as she was so touched by the customer service that she received at this store and we greatly appreciate it !my mom is older and having someone that cares and show they care means ally to us , writing this review in behalf of my mom Ada whom was helped and was very satisfied with her visit ❤️ Kudos to Maria !!!
