This location is a complete fraud. Do not rent a car from them because they will charge you for gas just because.Then they had the nerve to ask you to show proof that I put the gas back in the car. When you show them the proof, they want to call it a mistake. Which is all a scam. LaGuardia airport Avis steals customers money. Their shuttles are unsafe. The drivers are on their phone the whole time they’re driving the shuttle bus.. Will never ever rent from them again.

Avis used to be great. This is just another terrible location. Every other shuttle has come by at least 3 times before the Avis shuttle arrived. It was over a 30-minute wait in the cold. Despite being Avis Preferred, the car wasn't ready. App said car was but everytime I clicked it, it said it wasn't ready. This isn't as bad as the dumpster fire that is the Denver Airport location but it's up there. It's like Avis doesn't care anymore.

Someone urinated in the passenger seat. The entire van smelled like piss and no one could sit in the passenger seat. Avis could not figure out how to get me a new van without putting the entire burden on me. Terrible experience.

Car was full of these stains, smelled like marijuana and cigarettes. Problem this was the “only car available” I was happy with the type of car but it was dirty, smelled bad and the key fob battery was acting up. As far as the rental agent that was a good experience at 11pm but I don’t think I’ll
Use Avis at LGA Again after this.
