- A tree fell on my Ford fusion plug in hybrid where it was parked, major damage to the sunroof, rear windshield, doors, trunk, I was worried it was totalled. ABC Collision had it for over a month but when I got it back it was almost good as new. I say almost because there were still a couple problems from the tree accident they had to fix that were not detected, very hard things like a slightly bent channel in the sunroof that affected its performance and a service light that turned out to be a tiny piece of glass had fallen onto a battery charging controller circuit board and was affecting it. They really were thorough and kept at it until everything was fixed, and were clear about what the problems were and what they had to do through the whole repair.
