It takes a lot of patience and kindness to deal with someone who is as indecisive as I am. However I was greeted kindly and wholeheartedly by Tommy. He answered all of my questions, showed me many different vehicles and we ended up walking out with a new vehicle. I had a tricky situation but Tommy and his team helped me each step of the way and I am very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. Thank you Tommy and the entire team at Empire Nissan of Bay Ridge!


What a worse experience to get a truck. I'm asking for refund that I gave to them. They only give me excuses. come on guys I need my money.


This place is the absolute best. The service was amazing. Lei is the man. Very helpful and doesn't force and nag u to buy a car. He just asks what you're looking for and leads you in the right direction. No matter how many questions you have they are there to help. If you want a relaxed, enjoyable car buying experience this place is the way to go.

Got my 2nd oil service change and it went very well. I was welcomed right away and proceeded to speak to Jack who was my service advisor. Jack got me in and out in no time. Overall it went very well

Absolutely terrible in the Service department. The sales staff is your best friend when you want to buy a car, but the service department treats you like a nobody once you’re a customer. Have to call multiple times to chase people down as no one believes in returning calls. If you want a Nissan I’d suggest going to another dealership.

You couldn’t pay me to do business here. DAVID RIVERA is very unprofessional. when I wouldn’t do business with him, he called local dealers and told them not to do business with me. Nasty business!

Over the weekend me and my partner went to buy a car, we wanted to return his current lease and possibly get into another vehicle. We started conversations with David Rivera who seemingly wanted to help. We ended up leaving not liking the offers presented, no big deal. We ended up at another dealership (not a Nissan) to which we were told that David personally told this dealership not to do business with us. [You may ask, well how would one dealership be in talks with another, ans: we were discussing the equity in his current vehicle, as value towards a new one]. They also told us it was racial and also told us exactly what was said which was very unkind, some very choice words and very unprofessional to say the least!

It is so disheartening to have heard this and have that experience, I would imagine, David, an immigrant (or his family) from Puerto Rico as he told us, would understand more than most about being a minority. Nonetheless and most importantly, this was very unprofessional and bad nasty business! I would never recommend anyone to this dealership much less to work with David Rivera.

Wished I could give less than 1 star! SMH

We got our second car from Nissan. Sasha was great! His team helped us to achieve what we set out to do for our growing family. We love our Rouge! It's a great car upgrade from the Rouge Sport and we are incredibly thankful. We drove off the lot with our registration, insurance and with all wishes. What more can you ask for?
