I was helped very quickly. They patched my tier in 10-15 min. It was a little pricey but it’s located in midtown Manhattan so it’s understandable. What a great customer service from the start to finish.

I give this place 1 Star 1 because they overpriced me for 1 new tire that wasn't even a good brand and they were also charging me to take out the tire as well 170 plus 30 and they work off the books that's why they try to charge you overpriced for them to keep your money never again I will come here I went to another place and they only charged me 50 for a new tire and wasn't even charged to install if you guys have a flat try going to another place and avoid this place if you don't wanna be ripped off because I know for a fact that they over price me I'm, not a fool but it's ok next time I know.

These people abused me last night because of the need for two tires that exploded and one used tire. They took $120 from me. It is totally an abuse. You have to call Pro Consumer and report it and I want to pay by card and they tell me that it only has to be Cash. It happened last night and they told me that if I am not willing to pay that I should look for another place, they spoke very badly to me, they are very rude, this was really an abuse, call Pro Consumer and I will file a report. Call 311

Super reliable and quick. We got here Sunday at noon to fix a flat tire. They had another customer before us, but they served us within 10 minutes. They plugged our tire up, and we were set to go. $20. Very efficient, skilled, professional.
