Schweiger Dermatology Group – Grassy Sprain

This was my first time visiting Schweiger Dermatology Group and I was happy. The place was nice and clean. The staff was very professional and knowledgeable.

My recent experiences at Schweiger Dermatology Office, specifically with Mellisa Rosenhan, have been incredibly disappointing and unprofessional. I scheduled not one, but two appointments with this office, and both times, I was met with utter incompetence and disregard for my time.

During the first appointment, I arrived only to be informed that the doctor I was supposed to see was mysteriously absent. No one bothered to inform me beforehand, leaving me frustrated and inconvenienced. Assuming this was just an unfortunate mishap, I decided to give them another chance.

However, my second appointment turned out to be an equally fruitless endeavor. This time, I was told that the doctor was too busy to see me. Once again, no one had the courtesy to give me a prior warning, leaving me to waste my time and energy for nothing.

The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy at Schweiger Dermatology Office, under the care of Mellisa Rosenhan, is utterly appalling. It's clear that they have no respect for their patients' time or well-being. It's an absolute shame that a place that claims to prioritize patient care is so negligent and disrespectful. I will not be returning and strongly advise others to steer clear of this unorganized and unreliable establishment.

Dr. Polar was attentive and super professional. His staff of medical professionals and front desk personnel were courteous, flexible and informative. The office location was clean and inviting.

Office was clean but most importantly staff was welcoming and friendly. They expressed care for me.
