My 12-month old and I were verbally attacked with a slur based on the color of our skin, at the Park Slope location. Shaking, I immediately informed the manager who was unconcerned; I then called the general manager, following up with an email to headquarters. I was simply told “hopefully” it won’t happen to us again, leaving us out to dry and claiming they would "get back" to our family --we never received any contact from anyone at Tribeca ever again. To feel unsafe based on the color of your skin is astounding but to have your child trapped in the middle of a hate attack at a pediatric appointment is jarring and sticks with you. The only component as reprehensible as the vitriol spewed at us that day, is the total lack of care from Tribecca for the health and overall well being of my family and their impressionable (former) patient. This chain has created a cash-cow-monopoly in every neighborhood of N.Y. like most corporations, with no accountability.

The in person location is fantastic. We unfortunately tried their virtual service when we were traveling and our child had strep. What an absolute waste of time. The dr offered no assistance other than recommending Tylenol (I don’t need someone to charge me $150 for that), we knew the kid had strep and needed an antibiotic to be ordered. They refused. So alas we drove an hr to a walk in center for them to do the test and identify he did indeed have strep and give us the script.

We tried to get the $150 fee (that’s the after insurance amount) removed from our account given we were on the phone for 5 mins, but they don’t budge. Avoid the remote service like the plague.

Wait time was minimal, there wasn’t any paperwork fuss . From front desk , M.A to the Doctor was great experience all around. Dr. McDaniel was patient and listened to all my concerns and did awesome with my daughters needs.

This is our first visit and I must say I am very impressed with Tribeca pediatrics the office was clean/colorful and the staff was professional the wait was short the doctor my son's saw she was phenomenal very kind and my kids loved her thank you Dr Huggins I am happy to have found such a great pediatrician.
