- Ordered from them on doordash for an event. Said it would take 30 minutes to arrive. Called after one hour and they said it was almost there. Took them two hours before they called me to say they were outside, but at that point the event was over and I was on the subway home and couldn’t answer. When I called them back to ask for a refund the man immediately started YELLING at me about how inconvenienced *they* were. I told him several times to stop yelling at me and he said “why shouldn’t I”. Do not give your business to this establishment. I have never written a Google review before but this abuse is totally out of line and uncalled for. Steer clear.
EDIT: their continued belligerence in their response below really speaks for itself and nicely reinforces my point. They are also lying about the address. We were in an office building in midtown. I’ve also now read many other google reviews describing the same experience over a period of years. This is their usual behavior - unacceptable
