The staff members of Air India in New Jersey at the check-in desk are the worst people ever, we noticed this on October-10th- 2023.
The male staff were so loud, they were yelling like hell and had no respect for the passengers in line. He was not willing provide a wheel chair for elderly people too. No professionalism, no care ,no respect. We don’t want these types of rude people at the check-in desk. Air India “DISGRACED”
Please change your attitude and behavior. If you don’t correct yourself then the Air India Company is going to have its downfall.

Never automatically refund cancellation. Had to call support or email. Don’t get to customer service agents easily when you try to get your refund. But easy when trying to book. I thought TATA Group takeover has changed Air India customer service however unfortunately it is same bad service barring affective air India app where you can book easily. What a sham
