Apple Queens Center

The store is busy. I can tell the team care about one another very much. As someone who has also worked in a very busy customer service based job, I appreciate their efficient and kind service.
I brought five different devices and several more for trade in/recycle, and they did everything in less than 30 minutes. When I had questions about the trade in value, they were very patient with me. Thank you so much for servicing and helping me out :).

Please don’t schedule a repair appointment here . They scheduled my appointment at 7 pm and made me just sit idle for about 45 minutes . For such a mature company they should know how to manage customers better. The worst part is bunch of them are walking around and around . And when they finally came and called my name out , they plugged my AirPods into a MacBook and disappeared for 20 mins .

No more apple products

I went to the Apple store last Sunday on 08/20/23 to help get a data transfer from a broken iPhone to a replacement iPhone. I was immediately helped by Jaycen (nicknamed Skywalker by his fellow staff). He was very patient, knowledgable and very efficient. He spent nearly an hour of his time to ensure that this issue was completely resolved. He stated he was a 15 yr employee of Apple and his work ethic and friendly demeanor definitely make him a valuable asset to his store and his staff. The store is always busy. Staff is always friendly. Visited with a broken ipad. Employee was unable to fix. Had to buy a new one. While doing all that my kids attended the how to draw your own emoji class. Very friendly and engaging instructor. Kids loved it. We dont like in the US at the moment or my girls would attend those classes often.

Customer service is great but otherwise, this store being inside Queens Mall is wayyyy too crowded and chaotic. Takes a while to get some help and there’s almost no walking space due to the sheer number of customers at all times…

I have never seen a LAZY, UNPROFESSIONAL apple technician like Safiya. The black female tested exactly the same things I did on my Macbook Pro, then didn't come back for an hour even after the testing was complete. I asked many others to take over her task, but they insisted she was in the back. She finally reappeared saying she was a multitasker, and then told me to pay $600 to replace the keyboard. Not even capable of detecting further diagnosis. How pathetic that Apple must hire a person with low quality.

Not sure why this store has 3.9 stars I really don’t get people. This is by far the best APPLE store I have ever stepped foot in. For starters I was greeted by the staff right away. I was extremely lucky to get Leyla (hope I spelled it right) she was AMAZING. Super personable, knowledgeable and most importantly had such a positive attitude. I walked in wanting to get a new phone and I walked out getting the phone I wanted because of her. During the whole time I was greeted by literally the whole staff they all were so friendly. I been to so many apple stores that I would never return to but this one I will always keep coming back to. Leyla and team thank you soooo much!! Appreciate you guys!

This location sold a fake pair of AirPods Pros to a close family member. I went to the Apple Store recently to try to get these AirPods fixed, because they weren’t working properly. Come to find out, these were fake AirPod pros, they came packaged in an apple box, had an Apple serial number, I had all the specs of Apple.

Please be aware that this location sells fake apple products!!!!

They’re very welcoming and greet you the second you walk in. Tons of MacBooks, iPhones, iPads, iMacs and even monitors to try out! It’s so beautiful and their laptops are just a godsend especially with the M1 + M2 chips being good for gaming. Love this location + everything about it.

a good apple store, on the first day of iPhone 15 sales, the staff were extremely polite, there was a queue along the entire shopping center, which they coped with very quickly! well done!

They’re so rude the sale person ( a woman) i just requested a Spanish speaker and he came and said what do you want (in Spanish ) and i said I want a trade my iPhone 11 for a iPhone 15 pro max and he said no I don’t haven’t and i ask what do you have he says what do you want and I say what do you have and my husband reply what do you have and he was so rude and call the security it is insane and rude we just trying to get a new 4 iPhones in this store

I am writing this review and giving a 5 star just because of Mr. Marcl . Wow !! His knowledge and service is outstanding. Very positive attitude . The way he helped and guided us through the entire process in a very professional way . Thank you so much !!!
