Worker called me Matias when I came back to pick up my phone and was confused to why I didn't answer... and the day before I was told to wait for information about how the phone repair is going to go, then after inquiring twice and waiting close to an hour I was told there is actually no information and I should've left and come back the next day. I wouldn't come here to repair a phone. there is plenty of other apple stores that can do the same work in NYC without the chaos and attitude.

Typical, maybe bigger than usual Apple Store. Nice products and presentation. Overpriced in every single SKU. For example, a plastic case for an iPhone 14, $50, really?

No me ayudaron mucho con la especificaciones y las diferencias entre los productos que deseaba comprar.

Was racially profiled by one of the security guards there. I normally use the stairs to make it to the path train. Security stopped me and proceeded to tell me to use the escalator on the OTHERSIDE of the 2nd floor. The occulus does not have a way down from the rear so many use the apple store steps.

After explaining I'm just trying to go down the stairs to catch my train he said "to bad" I respond with "you are killing me dude" and he says seems you are going to miss your train" then proceeds to let others down the stairs while I made my way to the door.

I nvee had a issue before but seeing this guy who peaked in high school have a power trip was disgusting

Hate this store since today because of I can’t believe I’m saying this but their horrible customer service. Their representative had dare to assault and disrespect me. I’m very angry and very disappointed.

The personal is terrible. There is a boy, short, he insulted and discriminated against us on the spot, instead of apologizing, he smiled and insulted further. We didn't fight with him, we watched the iPhone, he wanted us to come out since there were 10 minutes left before closing.

Excellent customer service, but as a non native person to NYC (I lived out on LI for years and now I live upstate) they don’t make it clear exactly where it is and it was tricky to find. Took me longer than I’m proud to admit of running around in a few block area trying to find it. Once I got there though, it was more confusing that since they have 2 store faces, one on one floor and one on the bottom floor as to which one to go to to get my new phone. There was no signage and I had to interrupt a salesman to get the info I needed, only to find out I was in the wrong store. Most apple stores I’ve been to had a person out front directing traffic, so this was a little frustrating. Downstairs was all in line though. They had a smooth operation there from queue to pickup was seamless. Good job there

Insanely rude employee, one of the sales representatives on the second floor, dark skinned, skinny guy. Unnecessary attitude over a short quick question while trying to give a mean stare. He should find another job. What a weirdo

You have no idea how unbelievably big this place is! I think every store in the world has a space there plus boutique shops. I usually go to Eataly or the Apple Store. Architecture is amazing. Never that crowded since it’s a very very spacious design. They do lovely, holiday decorations. Right next to The Twin Tower Memorial and all subways. A definite if you visit New York City

I went into this Apple store to make an earpod purchase using cash and my tax exempt number which I have done every single time I make a purchase from any Apple store, I have previous receipts as proof. The manager Matt informed me that I could not complete the purchase unless I use a credit card because according to him this is what the IRS requires in order to have a "paper trail". This is absolutely not true! No where on the IRS website or Apple's website is this false statement listed. Matt's absolutely terrible and condescending attitude was awful. I feel sorry for those that have to work with him. I am currently filling a complaint with not only the corporate office but also with the City of New York as it is illegal to refuse a cash payment via the Prohibition of Cashless Establishments consumer protection law.
