We applied for my husband's work visa at the New York Consulate, and when we got there we realized we were supposed to apply online. We were very nervous about the time frame and getting everything done in time, and one of the employees was unbelievably helpful for us. She went out of her way to check all our documents before we submitted, and even gave her phone number so that we could get help at every stage. She always answered her phone when we had a question and we got the e-visa approved very quickly and with no problems at all. Thanks for a great experience!!
