I was a little worried seeing all the negative reviews but the representative helping on the passport part was very helpful and kind.

It's IMPOSSIBLE to call them. When you hit "0" to talk to a human bing, you will be instantly hung up. You got VERY lucky to talk to someone, she would transfer you to another number right away, and you will be hung up there because 'nobody is available to answer the phone".

I tried to make an appointment on their website, and only 3 days were available during August , September and October. REALLY!!!!?????

Shame on you everyone at Korean Consulate! You are not there to work, but just fill the hours and get paid. You are WORSE than USPS!

나를 맡아서 일해 주는 분은 친절하지만 다른 사람들은 표정도 없고 불친절. 특히 앞에 근무 하는 나이 많은 여자 경비원은 무슨 런치 타임에 목숨 걸었는지 여권 픽업 갈땐 앞에서 사람들과 싸우고 근데 직원들은 지나 다니면서 한마디도 않하고 담당자 매니저는 없고 경비 여자는 같이 간 사람에게 불친절. 무슨 벼슬인양 짜증 나는 경험. 윗 분들 말대로 전화는 전화 받지도 전화는 왜 놓았는지 여튼 좋은 경험은 아니였음.
