Whole Foods Market New York Bowery

Whole Foods Market has a beautiful selection of fresh flowers and houseplants, scrumptious domestic and imported cheeses and impeccable fresh fruits and vegetables, an incredible selection of hot food including a great selection of freshly made hot pizza and hot entrees and some of the most delicious scones, croissants, bagels and pastries in NYC.

Their staff is always courteous and efficient and I love going to enjoy hot teas, lattes and a coffee at their Cafe Allegro.

The is one of the worst Whole Foods for customer service and friendliness. The workers look miserable and can be surly and not very helpful.

I ordered cold cuts and the preparation was sloppy and fell out of the wrapper when it was handed to me. The mexican who works there is not too friendly either. When I asked him to fix it, he became rude and made me feel uncomfortable. I just don't feel comfortable buying food with horrible presentation. Especially NOT when everything is so expensive there. The job must be done correctly. Show a little respect for my food.

Update: One worker wiped sweat off his head and didn't change gloves. Another worker with a long beard was serving hot food with no hair or beard net. Seen that and ran for the hills. 1 star. Not a fancy place, but items are expensive. I don't get it. It must be the location.

Don't even get me started on that rude old lady at the pizza station, not the Asian one. 90% these workers are unwelcoming and obnoxious.

Whole Foods is like a friend I have known for a LONG time. I can always count on em' & I know what they are all about.

I like their 365 brand. (Not completely sure of the quality yet.) I don't like the deceptive Prime advertisements that I think I'm getting the deal on. I like that they have a meat counter where I can buy as much as I need. I love that they carry soy creamer, even though it's got astronomically expensive. I find their checkout people very helpful. Some of their stores are nicer than others.

My local grocery store. It’s a Whole Foods. It kinda is what it is. It’s good.

Amazing customer service, the security guard was very helpful. Overall, I was highly satisfied with my experience at this location.

Good amount of products but too long a wait to checkout....not a place for inexpensive basic needs
