The Chase bank is just a name, and honestly, I never thought I would say this, but there are other popular banks that are better and more professional. I'm not specifically referring to this branch, but rather the bank as a whole. Chase has been disappointing. Even when I had 100% right and evidence on my side during a dispute, Chase seemed reluctant and unwilling to support me. They sided with the company I was in a dispute with, despite the company lying about the evidence and not providing any proof. I submitted all possible evidence and more to prove that I was entitled to a refund, but they still favored the dishonest company from the beginning. Consequently, I now understand that Chase is also dishonest and not a bank we can trust confidently because no matter what happens, even when you are entirely right, they won't be on your side. It's been unpleasant, disappointing, and unprofessional. I'm already looking for another bank to switch to.

Chase seemingly decided to close my personal bank account and seize my money. Chase did this because I was issued a fraudulent check, unbeknownst to me at the time, and deposited it into my Chase personal account. However, I contacted my local Chase branch on Eubank Blvd. in Albuquerque NM, and I was advised by the Chase agent that there would not be a problem if it was fraudulent because Chase would identify it as such, case closed. Furthermore, I completed a police report to apprehend the individual. However, up to this point, Chase has refused to return my money to me, the money I had in the account prior to the fraudulent check. Then I get the run-around, call this number, call that number, and so on. Chase has seized and kept my money.
