Honestly I had a great time throughout this whole process of straightening my teeth. All the nurses and doctors that treated me were really nice and understanding. Never once did I get scolded at when I came in with a broken bracket. Not only the people are really nice but the locations are very sanitary and smells great every time. I definitely recommend this place for anyone who is looking to get their teeth fixed.

This review is about their service and not about the quality of their work.
My son's fixed retainers were broken. I called them to ask if they could fix it. They said yes, so I drove all the way from Manhattan to queens for the appointment. When I arrived and told the receptionist we're there to fix the retainer, she said, "Oh, then that will be quick.
But when we got in, instead of fixing the retainer or removing it as asked, they tried to do a counseling session and sell us services. We said we just wanted the retainer fixed or removed.
Finally they said, for that, you have to come tomorrow.I explained that we drove all this way because I was told on the phone to come today. I also made sure with the lady on the phone that they do the service I needed, and she agreed and booked me the apartment,
The office worker went back to the doctor, but she refused to treat us. We will not return tomorrow or any other day and look for a place with better integrity.

Terrible bedside manner. We were scheduled a month in advance to remove my child braces, the assistant gave us such an attitude that because it was almost closing time “my guess” they couldn’t remove the braces because it was supposed to be done in the early hours, very rude of that assistant as she’d expected we know how their businesses run, the doctor came up same history they couldn’t do it because the appointment should have been set up in the morning, I explained that the appointment was given by their own staff so my assumption was they know what they are doing, any way I waste two hours of work time to deal with a bunch of unprofessional persons that don’t care about others peoples time and situation. Seems this is run by very unprofessional representatives and everyone stop their work to watch me complaining but not a smart intelligent person came to help and resolve the situation. Be aware , ask what is expected in the next appointment and ask three times if they understand what it is the next step with your treatment, apparently other parents had the same issues with canceling appointments at the spot, they do not realize that time is valuable and even they may benefit of scheduling patients on time and serious manner. Very very dissatisfied with the service.

I’ve had a great experience (5 stars) at Diamond Braces up until today.

I had an appointment at 10am today, I usually don’t have to wait more than 15 mins. At 10:20am we were told the doctor is running a bit late…fine I wait for a bit more. At 10:32am they tell us the doctor will be here in another 40 mins! They could’ve communicated this to us earlier, 40 mins is a long time. I ended up rescheduling my appointment to next week. Diamond Braces was not very considerate of their patients time and expenses to get to the facility in this situation. The least they can do is reimburse me my metro fare of $2.90 x 2.
