Was visiting NYC from Canada and came here for a concert because I love listening to music from around the world. The concert was great but the lady in charge of the coordinating the event was so rude and condescending. Ruined the experience for me. It’s a pity.

Prepárense para que no te dejen hablar y no te traten amablemente cuando dejes un mensaje de voz y te devuelvan la llamada. Una falta de respeto. Te tratan diciéndote las cosas 10 veces, no escuchando y siendo mal educados. Deberían mejorar el personal. No pido que sean súper amables, pido que sean respetuosos.
