His calm and patient approach in helping make the right mattress selection to accommodate our needs and his patient approach in answering our questions made the experience enjoyable. He managed the purchase, delivery, and follow-up of our mattress and was immediately available to answer our post-delivery questions. We highly recommend Mattress Firm if you want a great mattress and excellent service, especially Nana at the Brooklyn location. We give them an A++ for quality and service.

- Clean, was helped as needed, didn’t pressure or overwhelm me with information to sell the bed. I Knew what I was looking for and went for it. Glad that it was available, easy shipping and good deals, would’ve got 5 stars if the bed wasn’t so expensive

- I went to Mattress Firm to purchase a new bed for my son. We walked in and within 2 minutes we were being helped. The salesman was very helpful and knowledgeable about each bed. He set each bed up so my son could lay down and test them out. He asked my price range and showed us beds that were in that range. My son picked 3 he liked and then we decided which one we would get. My son finally gets to get rid of the twin bed and move up to a queen size bed.
