Honestly best customer service! Alex was amazing. If you go ask for him! He was patient and really gave us his honest opinion for a few mattresses in our budget.

The sales associate was very nice and accommodating. She helped me find what i wanted and didn’t make me feel pressured or upsold.

Great experience! Mary assisted my partner and I in getting a new mattress as our 10 year old one needed to be replaced. She was so helpful and knowledgeable and not pushy either. The delivery people did give us a bit of different info on what floor they could deliver up to than the store but it ended up being totally fine. Just recommend double checking. Our new bed is so comfy!!
