I received EXCELLENT Customer Service. The associate was so very knowledgeable and informative. His manner was extremely super friendly. I have Sleep Apnea and I was impressed and pleased that he knew all about it and was able to take that in to consideration when advising me with my purchase. I encourage anyone who appreciates good service to visit the Washington Heights store and know that you will come away with a smile and the purchase that suits you best. I could say more but then I would never stop writing.

I received excellent service Francisco who recognized I was inexperienced in mattress shopping and made sure to explain the basics. The delivery people were also very helpful and took it upon themselves to help me carry up my purchase in my 6 story building with no elevator.
