Yesterday I went to Nissan just to see how much it would cost for monthly payments. My intention was to go to 2 or 3 different dealerships to compare prices. To make a long story short the first dealership was Nissan and I actually left with a beautiful new car. What a wonderful experience and pleasure to work with Damiano. Damiano I know you’re going to hear about this review and thank you so much for helping me make my decision. I’m so thrilled with my Nissan Altima, and you deserve to get the 6-year award of excellence!!!
Jamal is the Manager, and he is also wonderful. When I told him about an issue that I’m having with a different dealership about trying to get back a $500.00 deposit, he was so kind and helpful to get the money back. He called them and now the check is in the mail.

I had an appointment for an oil change recently and my experience was great. They even offered me donuts and coffee while I was waiting. It was busy at the time I went but it was well organized and it was quick as well.

Went is the dealership yesterday to try to work out a deal on a Nissan Ariya. Their pricing was completely unfair, and at the end of the day after the first offer, they tried to get one over on me by countering their first bad offer with one that made me pay even more. Don’t waste your time going here, plenty of other dealerships in the area that still believe in fair pricing. What could have been an easy transaction there, turned into me getting another car elsewhere. The car I ended up getting had more in it, was more expensive , and was ultimately cheaper. Shame on the management at Staten Island Nissan.

I returned the next day to service. They started diagnosing my car again. As a result, some malfunction was identified in the operation of the vehicle system. The general manager contacted the management of the Nissan company and asked to provide a free spare part for my car. They initially refused the request, but the main manager insisted, arguing that it was not my fault that the car was malfunctioning. And the company made concessions. Soon after the next visit, my car was repaired. I express my deep gratitude to all the service workers and especially the main manager. I recommend contacting professionals in your field. Thank you.

Do not come to Nissan. After 6 days with my new. Nissan Ariya the EV system failed. My car completely came to stop and wouldn’t turn back on. I had to get it towed to the service center and it has been there for over a week already. Not only would i not go with an electric vehicle, i would not go to nissan since they give no customer service/ support for these problems

Do not come to nissan of Staten Island. 5 days after signing a lease on my brand new car, my nissan broke down on the expressway and put my life at risk. If someone was speeding behind me I would be dead right now. I expressed this to corporate and the dealership and they simply do not care. I have to fear to drive my own car for the next three years because I'm locked in. The car wont classify as a lemon because they “fixed” the problem and it can be driven. After they “fixed” the problem, i started experiencing other issues with the car breaking itself without breaking. They don't care about you, and I would not risk dealing with them. I got a loaner car three days after the issue occurred and only because i called and asked for one, i was originally told that they don't give any until i argued against it. Completely horrible, don’t go with nissan

I love them!!!!! 4th car from them and always treated with white glove service. And Fernando is the the best! Just amazing customer service and people are so friendly

Went to Nissan to buy out my Sentra. Nissan Motor Acceptance Company quoted that my buy out price would be $13,261, including taxes. Dealership charged me in over $18,000. This is illegal and will be reported to the Depth of Consumer Affairs. In addition to retaining an attorney. Leased from them for 9 years and also bought a Rogue from them..I figured I would be treated as a loyal customer. Instead they take advantage. Glad I am finally severing ties with them.
