- Exceptional service! I wanted to test drive a 2024 Honda CRV Hybrid and googled the closest dealership to me which happened to be Paragon Honda. I met with sales rep Alexis Moran who explained and showed me all the cool features the Sport-L trim came with while I took it for a spin. I really felt comfortable talking to Alexis and loved driving the Honda CRV Hybrid that I decided to trade in my lease that same day.
After they took down my lease information and looked at the car the amount they were offering me for the trade in was not a good deal for me, but Alexis took his time to listen to my offer. Alexis reached out to his manager, Mariano Valerio, who came and sat down with me to personally discuss and run numbers. After some back and forth I was happy with the amount we agreed on and traded in my lease for the brand new car. Alexis and Mariano were very professional and both went above and beyond with their customer service. I definitely recommend doing business with Paragon Honda.
