After having bad experiences at NJ Honda Dealers (they offer on price but then tack on hundreds in fees), I called Plaza Honda and got an amazing deal. My sales rep Raja Zohaib was great and the finance manager Dwayne Markland made the purchase so easy. First time buying a car Anthony Gabrielle made it possible for me today. He went above and beyond to ensure that I had the best price. I want to also thank Craig Jefferson he was my salesman today I was shown one car, it was the one for me didn’t need to look any further. Alex Gilsaint the insurance representative got me the most reasonable insurance I could get being a first time driver. Ashley Franklin did my intake process she was very warm and welcoming. Thanks to you all I have my first car. Over excited, I’ll make sure to recommend friends and family. I’m so grateful.

Very unprofessional people. I called multiple times to speak to someone about how much it would cost to change my front and back brakes. They kept spinning me in circles until I spoke to the supervisor Rose which stated that someone would call me bk in 10 minutes. Nobody did. Everyone had customer service when I was going to purchase the car but after that your on ur own. Don't do business with this place.

Had an appointment for an issue with my tires and my passenger window. Since my appointment was so far out and I had an up coming trip, I had to get my tires fixed sooner. I still needed to have my window looked at. However, when I got there, I was denied my appointment because they only do oil changes and tire repairs. They stated I can only have my windows looked at during the week. I work during the week and during the office hours. Still, they said no. I'm not coming back to this location.

Plaza Honda was honestly the best dealership I've ever dealt with. They were willing to negotiate terms on the phone, were quick and easy with the signing process, and they helped with making sure we were happy with the vehicle. I would also like to thank Adrian Cox for the amazing costumer service! Adrian C from Online Sales was a huge help with making this all possible. We love our new car!

My salesman willie was awesome. Very clear and open about prices and what comes with the car. When showing me the car he made it a point to take pictures and document everything that needed to be fixed and got it taken care of. Any questions and concerns i had, willie was very open and willing to always help. Highly recommend working with him!

You must decide for yourself whether to go to this service or not. but I will describe what happened to me. My brand new car, a Honda Odyssey 2023, which is only three months old, literally five minutes later at this service was terribly scratched on the right side, the rear door, wheels and bumper on the right side. the workers, without apology or remorse for what they had done, told me that they would correct it for me. True, they gave me another car for this time, which the next day in the morning did not start. They also fixed this, but as on the first and second day, I lost a lot of my time because of this. The car was returned to me within a week. They fixed the scratch for me, but faint traces of their work still remained. no one apologized for this. They also wrote in the papers that they had done a tire rotation, but from the rim they scratched, I realized that they did not touch them. terrible service! bad attitude towards work!
