Everyone trying to reach out to someone there they will only answer the account opening extension, I spoke to Ms. Elizabeth and obviously the person I needed to speak to was attending other customers

- It is the most pathetic bank in the world. At every corner of this bank, you name it from branch manager to customer care centre person, you will be misguided and all you have to do is just hang in there and plan few trips to sort things out.
I’m looking forward for a day where this bank will be privatized and things would improve.
The worst bank in the whole world. Called the customer service, after 20 minutes asking for all the information, the lady said all our system down . Please call me back after 2 hours. It is like giving your money to a Mafia. Almost nearly impossible to get it back
