Located in the heart of the island, Staten Island Mall is the premier shopping destination for the 10314 area and the only indoor regional mall in the borough. Providing a professional and climate-controlled environment, this expansive retail center underwent a major expansion in recent years, introducing a modernized aesthetic and a vibrant outdoor plaza that has redefined it as a central social and commercial hub for Staten Island residents.

The center features over 200 stores and is anchored by prominent national retailers such as Macy’s, JCPenney, and Primark. The Staten Island Mall is 1 of my favorite shopping places! 8 years ago, I had to go and get a new Xbox One controller! And it's right across the street from the S79 Select Bus Service to 86th Street-4th Avenue R train station!

I’ve reached my breaking point after 20 years of coming here. This mall used to be beautiful, full of greenery, and offered excellent service. Now, it feels like a ghost town. What’s most frustrating is the near-total lack of seating. If you are shopping with family and need a break, good luck finding a spot. There are maybe one or two scattered chairs for the entire area, and the individual stores have nowhere to sit either. It is exhausting and demoralizing to be a loyal customer and find the basic comfort of a chair has been removed.

The Staten Island Mall area is one of the most active and desirable zones on Staten Island. Strong retail presence, consistent foot traffic, and nearby residential communities make it a highly attractive location for both buyers and investors.

The Staten Island Mall
What can't I say there is a lil something for everyone they even hold fair and carnivals and different events during the spring summer and fall seasons. But to continue back to the mall has gotten much larger and a variety of different stores and kiosks a little everything for everyone. If you've never been come, check it out.
