- Like many Trader Joe's, this Brooklyn location is generally really busy. Occasionally they are out of the produce or chips that you are looking for. The stock clerks are continually replenishing these items and often compete for aisle real estate with customers (who seem lost while picking out a banana).
All items in the store are Trader Joe's brand. Since COVID, prices have been creeping higher, a dime here, a dime there. But all in all, if it's convenient, you won't get a severe case of sticker shock. Once you're ready to check out, the lines move very quickly and the staff is friendly.
- My favorite TJ location in Brooklyn because it's close to a subway station and there is a food court with seating area right outside.
Today on the New Year's Day, the store shows that it is open on Google Maps with a conditional possibility of hours being different, while other TJ's locations actually show that they are closed. This is confusing. My friends and I decided to sit down for coffee, but we saw so many people came and were disappointed. There should be at least a sign that gives people this notice out of courtesy, and the Google Maps should be updated too.
- Best prices for groceries, I usually go between 8 am and 10 am because it’s less crowded then. The return policy is very very lenient which I love.

- I would Like to start this Review by saying, Whoever is the shift manager in control of the music Mon- Friday during rush hours 5-6pm KEEP YOUR PLAYLIST GOING. Getting off from work and hearing all my fave hits really keeps my mood up while running errands.The stock lately has been great and I’ve noticed a great increase in availability. All staff member's are nice and very helpful no matter how crowded or busy. Cashiers are great and efficient. I truly find joy coming into this location weekdays after work.
- They staff is very pleasant and helpful. I love their pb&j snacks, pickle chips, ghost chips, and dried mango. They have really good food options. The line moves quick.
- Huge shoutout to team member T. Eduardo. I have a panic disorder and, though I wasn’t panicking at the time, I was on edge being in a crowded store. He was so friendly, quick to pack and make sure my groceries were well bagged so I wouldn’t struggle walking home and honestly his kindness and efficiently made such a huge difference for me. Trader Joe’s is a family and he really made me feel part of the crew. A little kindness goes such a long way and I hope this reaches him and his managers!
