- Purchased my 2023 Taos S with the help of a very knowledgeable sales rep Josh Gonzalez. We had a very smooth ride from start to finish and from the comfort of my home, Josh, even delivered my car to Toms River, New Jersey on a Sunday! Josh was very easy and pleasant to work with answering all my questions, returning my phone calls in a timely manner, Truly a great professional and salesman. I also worked with Chris in finance. And it was all smooth sailing in about 15 minutes. Everything was done. He truly deserves an A+.‼️

- Had a great experience getting out of my lease and getting a new car with Joshua Gonzales great sales person! The friendly service and patience displayed by Joshua and Franklin (finance) was exceptional. This is our 3rd car purchase at Teddy and it is always the same amazing service. I recommend to all my friends and family to come here!!!

The things in the suv when checking it out was removed now I have to buy it and if.i have to pay 55,000 I would think they could leave the cargo cover.i seen my sales person calieb he straightened it out.hes the man

I requested an NYS Inspection, cleaning of the engine, and Fall Tune UP/Oil Change/Tire Rotating as per the information I received in the mail. All items were done as requested. However, the front of the car (hood and windshield, headlights) had residue from the cleaning of the engine that was not cleaned off. No big deal I cleaned it afterwards.

The best car buying experience ever!!!! I hate buying cars but this was awesome. Used TeddyGo, their online portal and had Christopher Sanchez as my salesperson, who guided me through everything. Selected car midday Thursday. Was delivered to my home by 4.30 Friday. Everything done from my home office. Fantastic Service. Thanks, Chris! Can't recommend Chris and Teddy VW more highly.

We went to look at cars and ask about pricing and incentives. We asked if there was wiggle room on the MSRP for the vehicle I was considering and Yeremy our salesman said we should maybe consider getting a lower model vehicle. Then he later involved his manager who implied that we should be grateful purchasing a car at MSRP from his dealership

Needless to say they are extremely unprofessional and lack any type of proper communication, hospitality and sales skills.

PS we found my exact vehicle elsewhere for under 5K MSRP. So thanks for being unpleasant and steering me in the right direction

Had the help of Christopher Sanchez and it was smooth. Was very polite and patient also understanding. Everything I wanted and needed in a car with pricing he helped out. Not only i got a car but I got 2 with the help of Chris. Highly recommend Christopher. He also delivered both cars to my house no charge.!!

I was double charged for the destination fee of $1350 by the sales manager intentionally thinking I wont find out and later discovered after paying $36294 cash. I have since collected my the $1350 and I'm yet to receive the down payment of $517.40 made with my credit card back after 7days.

If I could not give a star at all, I would. When I told the sales person, Yeremy, I wanted to walk out the door at a specific rate, no more than $450, and I only wanted to put $1000 down, he should have told me the fee's (which have always been covered with EVERY car I've financed or leased) were not going to be covered. Instead after 2 days of dealing with insurance, and having already put $1000 down, I returned to the dealer to finalize paperwork and I was told I need to either pay $3000+ in fees or add that to my payments. I left paying $100 more than I wanted. After this lease is up, I will not get another VW again and I will be telling everyone I know to be worried about the shady service. I already can't wait for my 3 years to be up and get something different that I don't resent every time I see or drive it. Car buying is supposed to be fun and you should leave feeling happy. NOT IN MY CASE.
