- Had my 2017 Model S serviced here 3 times, and had a great experience.
Drop-off and pick-up is relatively quick, in and out within 30 minutes. Pricing is transparent and if any unexpected issues arise they set-up a call with you to talk you through the options and solutions. I had a re-occurring issue that wasn't fixed by a different Tesla service center, that I paid for at that location. This service center honored the previously paid service and performed a follow-up service, at no additional cost until the issue was resolved to a satisfactory level. A rental vehicle was provided every time service would take longer than expected, even if the original estimate said no rental due to the time it would take to fix. Very happy with the experience, service and my car.
- I had the best car buying experience in my life. Arrived at this location to pick up my MYLR. Waited 10 minutes at the owners lounge. Then, a Tesla expert took me to my car location. Signed a few papers, and I was ready to drive my car home. The whole process was done in less than half an hour. Unbelievable!
- The building is well lit, clean, super nice bathroom and super nice and helpful security. I was struggling with my stuff and he even helped pull the tote on and off. I had such a blast. I hope they use this as a venue again. I forgot to mention we were on the 3rd floor so a decent view of Brooklyn. They also have a super good air filtration system and windows that open. As always parking is difficult and they have a bus lane right in front of the building and you can unload there but no parking or there is a fine of $115. 5 out of 5 stars from me.
