If you're in a rush, definitely DO NOT go ti AutoZone on Scarsdale in Houston. OMG, they are so slow. 5 employees and only 2 helping customers. Customers are definitely NOT their priorty. 2 stars because they are nice.

The manager could sure use some customer service training. I sent my wife and mother to get an auto zone battery checked because it would not charge .the manager was very rude to them. I am an automotive technician with nearby 30yrs experience. I know how to determine if a battery is bad.

These AZ employees at this location were to busy yapping about other things ,besides helping customers.
