Nice store and the Manager is GREAT!

Just went in for a quick warranty swap. Sadly to say waited in line then was called to get help. Well the lady at the counter didn't understand the swap situation. Tells me she gonna get someone else to help me because she only a driver. Why call me if your not gonna help me. Smh. Then she walks away passes two managers and didn't tell anyone to help me and leaves the store. I was like what just happened. So went back in line to wait on someone to help me. An older man starts to help me and again doesn't understand how to swap an item. Had to literally walk him thru it. Yes I use to work for autozone. The only thing as I've always said is autozone needs to train ppl better. Their fast to make everyone managers but they are not trained to do the job.

Brought in my unused battery. Joe B told no return on their policy. Only had it for a couple of days. Joe B said the terminal was damage and he cant return it. Kept asking other associates and they said its his call and the other guy said i wouldnt. Where in the policy its say product cannot be return. Joe refused the return because he said the terminal was damage. The indention on the terminal is the prong from the terminal. He said i have to take it back to the other store they wouldnt return it. The fact that this store used false damaging facts to refused my return. If they take a return it takes a hit so he refused to do his job. Would never go back here for anything again. This is worst customer service and a waste of my time. Joe b as assistance sales manager should relearn his policy before refusing to take care of his customer.

Quick and easy, was able to get a full refund on my old battery. Kevin was so helpful and kind.
