Nobody was willing to help me. Too many rules. I simply wanted to pay in advance for SD cards. They were about 60.00. Then I wanted to send a messenger to pick them up for me as I was in the middle of a television production. The firm refused said it can’t be done. Nonsense. No wonder Amazon is prevailing.

The person, kaylaegh i believe was her name, at in-store pickup was amazing. I arrived and they had not yet pulled my order. She stopped what she was doing, apoke to the warehouse, and then pulled it for me all within about 5 minutes!

Employees like her are few and far between today in customer service!

It was pretty simple. I needed a new phone case and a phone stand for the windshield of my car. I walked in and had one of the reps in the front greet me and my kid. It was pretty simple and I can tell you that Bree at the checkout station the the absolute nicest person.

My child smiled at her and waved with joy and Bree interacted with her so well.

Overall, fun experience. Parking was not bad but I would say traffic getting there on Richmond was very thick due to all the construction.
