Impossible to order to speak to a knowledgeable person on the phone. One geek squad member was inappropriate and made comments of a sexual nature. . Could not get my order right. I had to make four trips to store and they charged me for a printer that isn't being shipped. Now I have to make another trip to fix their incompetence.

You make sense out of it. Do a lot of shopping at BestBuy. In the past 18 months, I've broken the face of 5 cellphones. One S21, two S22, and two S23 ultra. Come to find out the screen protectors, up to $62 on yhe S23, are only designed to prevent scratches, not prevent the screens from breaking. In addition, the screens on the S22 and S23 have a beveled screen edged, not flat. The flat screen protectors are not designed to fit a beveled screen, so the screen protectors eventually peel off.
On Saturday, 10/14/23, I went to a BestBuy with a new S23 ultra in hand since I have three in my inventory and asked for the transfer of data to my new S23 ultra from the broken screen S23 ultra, which they did and I left to Houston.
In Houston, I needed to use the phone's GPS to locate my sister's residence in Pasadena. The GPS would not work. I went to three different Bestbuys stores in Houston and Pasadena for help.
I returned home, and on Monday, 10/16/23, I transferred my cellphone to AT&T and got a new number, too. Patriot Mobile didn't help either. Guess what, GPS stopped working with AT&T. There's only one common variable in all this, the Samsung S23 ultra.

Don’t waste your time with this location, customer service sucks here, they don’t have enough employees to help, it’s a shame that I stood around in their Apple section wanting to spend money and couldn’t get anybody to come help me. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I feel they are over priced. I can get online everything they have for less. The customer service was good on this visit. They had in stock a cable I needed in a punch. That was nice to get ahold of on short notice.
