- Recently completed my one way rental with an after hours return at IAH.I was pleasantly surprised to find a lot attendant on site at 4:30am on the morning of 09/20 (apologies I neglected to ask his name) who went above and beyond. Having inquired about some remarks on file regarding my specific rental re: pricing and mileage) prior to exiting for the shuttle back to the terminal the lot attendant ensured the rental contract was properly closed and provided me with the receipt as requested. The attention to detail at such an early hour was certainly appreciated. Thank you.
